The Art & Science of Acceleration

Many factors go into developing the next generation of sprinters and runners.  Understanding peak performance and muscle recovery is key to any athlete’s performance.  During prolonged exercise, the body breaks down muscle tissue to meet the workout requirements, including muscle soreness (evidenced by lower LDH and CK plasma values).

It is crucial for sprinters and endurance runners to maintain lean muscle mass during training to maximize their performances.  The ability of any athlete to explode at their best is related to how fast their muscles recover after a workout.

We call our program, “the Art & Science of Acceleration.”  Fast twitch muscles make the unbeatable difference in running, throwing, kicking, cycling, jumping, tumbling, batting, and golfing.  A half step quickness can make the difference in obtaining a winning score to gaining that split-second finishing win.  Our collegiate, Olympic, and professional athletes will be assigned a personal, certified trainer, a certified nutrition coach, and a registered dietitian.  Combined with one's natural ability and the use of cutting-edge machinery, plyometric equipment, and on-going educational classes, we feel that our athletes will gain that much-needed explosiveness, speed, strength, and endurance to compete in a main-stream competition.
